|Speed or Hills||All abilities. For carving minutes off your PBs!||Corner of Ham common (opposite the Hand and Flower pub)||Read more|
|Thames Ditton Group||Mixed groups from 6 miles at sub 8 min/miles to 4.5 miles at 10 min/miles.||Thames Ditton Cricket Club on Giggs Hill Green||Read more|
|Stragglers Main Club Night||All abilities - runs from 3 to 10 miles from 6 min/mile pace to walking groups. There is also a regular structured training group.||Hawker Centre, Lower Ham Road (off Richmond Road), Ham||Read more|
|Sunday, 8.30am||Long Runs||For runners targeting longer races. Usually 10-15 miles, but may increase nearer long races.
