Where/When to Meet

The main meeting times are as follows:

Hampton Hill Group All abilities. A small group meet to run approximately 4 miles Hampton Hill Gate, Bushy Park (opposite United Reformed Church) Read more
Speed / Endurance This is intensive session for those who can't make Tuesday evening. N.B. Don't try to do both sessions! Available all year round. Teddington Gate, Bushy Park  
Speed / Endurance All abilities. For carving minutes off your PBs! May, June, July, August, September there will be two coach-led options, track at St Mary's and trail running in Bushy Park. October - Apriil, the session will start at Ham Common. Please click on the link for more information.

Sunday, 8.30am Long Runs For runners targeting longer races. Usually 10-15 miles, but may increase nearer long races. Kingston Gate car park, Richmond Park Read more
Sunday, 9.00am Steady Run Steady runs with options of 10K to 10miles, returning to the Pheasantry for a coffee. This is part of the structured training programme. The Pheasantry Cafe in Bushy Park. Read more

The Structured Training Programme includes the Steady Run on Sunday morning, the Speed/Endurance session on Tuesdays and the Tempo sessions alongside the main club nght on Thursdays. Click here for more information.
