End Date: 16 Jun 2019 10:30

Venue: Ham

This is a fast and fun summer 10k in a great location by the Thames near Richmond. It's a great opportunity for a PB on the flat two-lap course run part on roads and part on Thames Towpath. The race also incorporates the Surrey 10k Championship. Part of the race is run along the scenic riverside with the chance to enjoy the view of river and Teddington Lock.

The start and finish are very close to the race HQ at the Kew and Ham Sports Association in Ham, near Richmond. Showers, changing rooms, toilets and refreshments are available. There is chip timing, and a race memento for all finishers. And it’s only £16 to enter, or £14 for club members.
