Self-time yourself over a 1 mile course on any day between 22nd May - 30th May,  and Post Your Time.

Alternatively, you can join in the 1 Mile "Pod" race that will be run on Saturday 29th May with pods starting between 8:00 and 9:00 near The Pheasantry in Bushy Park.If you wish to take part in the pods, please enter here. To help the organisers, please enter as soon as you can and not later than Wednesday 26th May. When you have run, please post your time using the above link.
