We are a friendly running club and whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced runner we have something to offer you.

If you are a complete beginner, and would like some help with getting started, have a look at our "Little Feet", section about the group that meets on Mondays at The Albion on Fairfield Road in Kingston

If you have already done some running, and are looking for company on your runs, come along to one of our Thursday evening sessions, at YMCA Hawker Leisure, where we meet at 7:30 for a "social mile", which is really a gentle warm-up, followed by runs of 2 or 3 up to 8 miles or more, at a variety of pace to suit everyone. No one will demand that you join, or ask you for money - we will just be concerned to find a group for you to run with, suited to your experience and capabilities, and you can have a shower afterwards and join us for a drink in the bar.

Remember that on the last Thursday of each month we run our 5 km Handicap and during the spring and summer (April to August) we also run a Junior Handicap
