Ladies Teams at GBR and Welsh Castles
We are very close to filling two teams for GBR so if you want to run please do get in touch very soon, we also need ladies to make some mixed teams. The numbers are also creeping up for Welsh Castles and we are nearly there but not just yet so if you want to run at either of these, please see Carys on a Thursday evening.
Ladies and Men’s XC Teams stay in Division 1!
We had a great turnout from the Ladies and Men for the final Surrey League Cross-Country fixture on Saturday and both teams will remain in division one, fantastic! Thank you to everyone who ran and roll on Autumn 2012 so that we can do it all over again!
Results now available on the Results page.

Mob Match versus Ranelagh
It's our annual mob match versus Ranelagh on Saturday 24 March, at the Richmond Park Run (http://www.parkrun.org.uk/richmond), we need as many runners as possible and scoring is based on race positions. We are currently 2:1 up against Ranelagh, can we make it 3:1? As always, start time is 09:00.
