Men's XCountry Championships 2011/12

Qualifying Races: Surrey League x4, South of the Thames 5 & 7.5, Ellis Cup, National Championships

Point Scoring: 10pts for all finishers (and marshals for Strags events) + Bonus of 25pts down to 1pt for the first 25 in each race

Points Total: Sum of best 5 scores from the 8 races during the year. If runners are tied counting their best 5 fixtures, we will count from best 6, then 7, then 8.

Prizes: Runners can only win one prize. If an age category winner also qualifies for the Heroes award, the next-best Hero picks up the prize.

A runner must have run at least 5 races to qualify for any award. Runners must be at least as old as the category but can be older.
