Sunday Long Run Schedules

Unless stated otherwise, these runs will be at approx 8 min mile pace and start at 8:30am from Kingston Gate car park (KGCP) in Richmond Park and Phil will plan the route.


Sunday 19th Feb

Phil will aim to follow a route to Wimbledon Common, Putney Heath and back into the Park at Roehampton Gate.

From there, the Tamsin Trail should take you back to the car park for a total of approx 10 miles.

We have a few runners covering longer distances at approx 8 min miles or faster.

 

Following weeks:

Usual 10-15 miles but Phil will gradually be increasing mileage with extensions of 2-5 miles after the main run in preparation for the 20 milers detailed below. As ever, if you wish to join us but do a bit less or a bit more, we can suggest a suitable cut-back or extra loop.

  • New Forest Marathon: 26 or 18 mile options - March 11th. (LDWA)
  • Surrey Stumble, Nr Guildford: 25,19 & 12.5 mile circuits - March 25th. (LDWA)
  • Green Belt Relay - May
  • Malvern Midsummer Marathon - 23rd June (LDWA)
