Stragglers Ladies’ XCountry Championships 2009/10

(Previous Years: 2005/06, 2006/07, 2007/08, 2008/09)

 

Qualifying Races:   Surrey League X 4, Ellis Trophy, Surrey, Southern and National Championships

Point Scoring:         10pts for all finishers + Bonus of 25pts down to 1pt for the first 25 in each race (and 10 pts for marshalls at Strags-organised races).

Points Total:            Sum of best 5 scores from the 8 races during the year.  If runners are tied counting their best 5 fixtures, we will count from best 6, then 7, then 8

Prizes:                       Runners can only win one prize.  If an age category winner also qualifies for the Heroes award, the next-best Hero picks up the prize. 

A runner must have run at least 5 races to qualify for the Heroes award.
