Members Information
The 2025 AGM will be held at The Bushy Park Sports Club at 20:30 on Thursday 17th July.
The Purpose of a Charity AGM
The aim of the AGM is to provide the charity trustees and/or officers the opportunity to:
-
update members about the charity’s performance and achievements of the past year
-
present the charity’s annual accounts and trustees’ annual report
-
cover any other business, such as the appointment of new trustees
-
It also provides the members of the charity with an opportunity to ask questions before voting on any business items on the agenda.
The chair of the AGM will make it clear to the members which votes (if any) are binding on the trustees.
In order to allow as many members as possible to join the meeting, you can join either face to face or via Zoom video conference, but we strongly recommend that you try and join in person for the best meeting experience.
