England calls for Pam and Harri

Pam Whitter and Harri Daniel represented England in the international 10K at Bideford on Sunday. Pam was second in FV65, finishing in 44:45 while Harri was sixth in FV45 in a time of 40:08.

It was a challenging course , with both wind and hills to contend with on the main road out and then back on the scenic Tarka Trail . Congratulations to both.
