The weekend saw the club deliver another successful annual event as 63 teams completed the River Relay. ERR & RAN Wombats were the first team home in a time of 2:45:38. Peter Wedderburn become the first Straggler to win the summer handicap series for a second time after a strong performance in the final event on Thursday. Peter finished second in a time of 27:52 behind Jacky Sinclair (29:50) who was first home. Sophie Elloy was third in 27:55.
