Lisa and Pavel win Summer Grand Prix

Lisa Bailey and Pavel Przepiorski have won the Summer Grand Prix, both having almost scored maximum points in their best six events. Lisa was one point short of the maximum 210 points having finished behind Sarah Holt in the final event, the club 10k, while Pavel scored 209.

Lisa overtook Lex Prince after the final event, Lex having finished with 199 points. Tracey Lenthall was third with 194 points and all three were part of a hugely competitive W45 age group. Becca Gravell, Tara Holt, Carla Cotton, Patricia Ronksley and Merran Sell won their age groups.

In the Open competition Austin Molnar finished second with 201 points while Kieran Parker was third on 199. Pavel and Austin won their age groups, as did James Ruskin, Crispin Allen, Malcolm Fletcher and David Worth. Peter Wedderburn was the only participant to have taken part in all 13 events.
