Weekend of miles for Jo and Rachel

Warm weather created challenging conditions for our weekend racers. Jo Taman travelled to Southampton to complete the half marathon and finished as 31st woman in a time of 1:45:19. The race was a warm up for the marathon distance which Jo will be tackling in Cape Town.

While Jo had to contend with a high of 20 degrees, Rachel Simpson was racing in Prague where the temperature peaked at 28 degrees. Which made her 5-minute PB - Rachel finished in 4:01:58 - all the more impressive. Congratulations to both.
