A mighty mob shows up at Bushy

There was little doubt who won Saturday's mob match against Ranelagh if the usual participant scoring is used. Stragglers accounted for 150 of the 1703 parkrun participants compared to 60 for Ranelagh.

Stragglers also claimed the fastest man in Rob Eveson, second finisher overall in a time of 16:38 and fastest woman in Lex Prince who finished 83rd in 19:48.

However, Ranelagh may have won using their points-based scoring model - we will have to wait for confirmation - because they had more faster finishers.

With the sun shining brightly, and refreshments on offer thanks to the hard work of Sue and Andy Howarth, no one worrying about results. There was also some cork-popping as our latest Couch to 5k graduates celebrated completing their course. Well done all!
