Lisa leads the charge in 10k

Lisa Bailey finished 7th woman in this weekend’s Vitality 10k competing in a top class field which included Eilish Mccolgan who won the woman’s race.

Lisa finished in 34:40 while Alistair Hall was our fastest man with a time of 37:44. Five other Stragglers came in under 40 minutes - Josh Ingold (38:06), Andrew Simpson (38:17), Thomas Gwynn (38:18), Rob Chambers (38:52) and Harri Daniel (39:27).

There were strong age group results with Phyliss Flynn finishing 4th in her age group with a time of 46:45, while June Hall finished second in hers, having crossed the line in 49:37.

Robert Hodge (42:34), Richard Hall (50:37) and Sophie Elloy (56:00) all finished in under an hour. The other Stragglers to complete the race were:
