Stragglers turn Claygate yellow

The Claygate 5 saw another huge turnout for the club with 62 members racing. Pavel Przepiorski was our first finisher in 29:40 followed by Kieran Parker in 29:46. Stragglers took five of the top 10 finishers with Austin Molnar, Ian Riley and James Ruskin all finishing in under 31 minutes.

Nicky Hornzee was our fastest woman and second overall in 33:00, while Claire Curtin was fourth in 34:21. Tracey Lenthall was first in age group with a time of 34:54.

Preferring a longer distance, Sophie Biggs tackled the Serpent Trail 100km in the South Downs and was first woman in 10:28.
