Stragglers tackle south coast marathons

While the start of Easter holidays saw thousands flock to the coast to enjoy the Spring sunshine, Stragglers also headed south but to race.

Oscar Murphy chose Brighton for his first marathon and completed the 26.2 miles in 4:23:33, raising £345 for Movember in the process.

Meanwhile in Southampton Simon Brazil (3:47:45), Oli Bowers (3:50:33) and Jim Desmond (3:50:34) guided Simon Webb (3:50:34) around the marathon course.

And closer to home, Pavel Przepiorski ran the Wimbledon Half in 1:23:35.
