Sonia shines in second handicap 5k

Over 40 Stragglers competed in the second 5k handicap on Thursday with Sonia Bandeira finishing as overall winner (as well as fastest woman) with a time of 21:23. Peter Buckley picked up the second prize and Lydia Poole was third.

Kelly Page finished as second fastest woman, after Sonia (22:17), and Emma Davis was third with a time of 22:54. Pavel Przepiorski was the fastest man on the night (17:46), Alastair Hall was second (18:11) and Crispin Allen third (18:15). Dave Griffiths took the prize for closest estimate having finished two seconds from his predicted finish time.
