Stragglers tackle NYC in Abbott pursuit

Stragglers headed for the Big Apple last weekend to compete in the New York marathon and clock up another one of the Abbott six major marathons.

Denis Mustafa came home with two medals having completed his Abbott challenge when he finished in 3:56:07.

Ian Robertson and Alex Mason both have one more of the six to complete, New York having been their fifth major. Ian finished in 4:42:46 having had to walk a lot of it after feeling sick.

Alex who ran with her daughter Emily, finished in 4:51:15. Congratulations all!
