Last Tuesday you should have received an email request from ClubBuzz to re-register for the new membership year which starts on the 1st of April. If you don’t appear to have received this email, please check your spam/junk mail.
In the email there will be a link to re-register or, if you no longer wish to be a member of the club, a link to lapse your membership.
Registration is a two-step process, first we ask you to check and resubmit your personal details and then to confirm that you wish to re-register for the new membership year. You need to complete both steps to renew your membership.
Once you have checked your personal details and re-registered you won’t have to do anything until the new membership year starts. The annual subscription (and EA registration if you have requested it) will be charged to your account on 1st April and you will receive an e-statement on 15th April. Please be advised that from the fee for Stragglers membership will remain at £23 but the fee for EA registration will increase to £19.
Our preference is that members pay by direct debit. This is the simplest and cheapest method for the club and ensures payments are made on time. If you are not already set up to pay by Direct Debit and wish to pay by this method, login, go to My Account/Account Settings, and click on the blue “Edit Settings” button which allows you to set up a direct debit mandate.
If you don’t wish to pay by Direct Debit, please use one of the other payment options detailed on your e-statement.
Our Membership Secretary and Treasurer would hugely appreciate your prompt action in completing registration asap and payment of fees on receipt of your April statement.
