Qualifying Races: 1) Sutton 10k, 2) Ranelagh Half, 3) Dorking 10m, 4) Dysart 10k, 5) Elmbridge 10k, 6) Belgrave 5k, 7) Club 10k, 8) Individual’s best club handicap run from May - August

Point Scoring: 10pts for all finishers + Bonus of 25pts down to 1pt for the first 25 in each race

Points Total: Sum of best 5 scores from the 8 races during the year. In the event of a tie, sum of best 6, then 7, then 8.

Categories: Overall, V40, V50 & special Hero prize for highest cumulative score from people finishing most races (counting one handicap race even if > 1 completed)
